At checkout: name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone (optional), what you bought. Your payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you email us: everything in your email, plus the technical headers your mail client sends.
When you browse: standard web logs (IP, device, pages viewed), used for first-party analytics only. No cross-site tracking, no third-party ad cookies.
Ship your stuff, answer your emails, catch fraud, decide what to stock more of. We send a monthly email only if you opted in — unsubscribing is a one-click thing in every mailing.
You can see what we have on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lorqix.com with "privacy" in the subject and we respond within a week.
Third-party payment processor (payments), USPS / UPS (shipping), Postmark (transactional email). All GDPR-compliant. None of them resell your info.
