Didn't bring you joy? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the item price. Original postage is non-refundable; you cover the return postage unless the piece was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
Step 1: email hello@lorqix.com with the order number and a one-line "didn't love it, want to return".
Step 2: we reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the ship-to.
Step 3: pop it in a mailer with the RA number written clearly on the outside.
Step 4: refund hits your card within 3 days of us receiving it back.

Items should come back unused and in original packaging. Resin figures scratch easily — please re-wrap carefully. Plush pals can come back even if briefly handled, just not washed or chewed on (we have no judgement, we just can't resell them).
Don't ship it back. Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement — no return needed. Keep or recycle the broken piece.
