USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU-27. If you're somewhere else and want tiny joy delivered, email us first — we'll quote a flat rate.
US: $4.90 flat, or free over $50. International: calculated at checkout (usually $8-15 depending on package size and country).
Everything ships from our warehouse in bubble mailers or small boxes depending on size. Each item gets wrapped individually so nothing scuffs anything else. We tuck a small sticker or paper doodle in every order.
Orders placed before noon (UTC+8) ship same day. After noon: next business day. Transit is 3-5 days US, 7-14 days international.
Tracking link goes out by email the moment the postage prints. If a package stops updating for 5+ days, email us — we file the lost-mail claim.
