Lorqix is a mail-order shop offering curated trinkets, shelf buddies, and desk pals to customers worldwide.
All prices are USD. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. If we post a wrong price by accident (it happens — we're humans), we'll contact you before charging anything.
When you click "Place order", you're making an offer to buy. We accept the offer by sending a shipping confirmation email. Up until that email, either side can walk away.
Package shows "delivered" and goes missing from your porch? That's porch piracy and we'll help you file a report, but we can't replace it at our cost. Lost in transit (never scanned as delivered)? That's on us — we file the claim and reship.
Product photos, descriptions, and site design are ours. Please don't lift them for Alibaba knockoffs. If you want to use a photo for a review or an honest article, ask us — we'll usually say yes.
Worst case, our liability is capped at what you paid for the order. No consequential losses, no indirect damages.
